My opinion on the name Paris

My opinion may be completely new: I think Paris name has built originally on Para-ese which means "related to the side [of the Seine River]":
This significance is linked with Lud-esse and Lutetia (Paris): Lutetia may derive from Celtic root, luto- or luteuo-, which means "marsh" or "swamp" and which survives today in the Gaelic loth ("marsh") and the Breton loudour ("dirty").[2] As such, it would be related to other place names in Europe including Lutudarum (Derbyshire, England); Lodève (Luteua) and Ludesse (France); and Lutitia (Germany).
